Me llamo Alejandra, mucho gusto! 

 

   I am a TCU strategic communication student from El Paso, TX. I am currently preparing to go all in into the food industry in Mexico.  My dad has been in the food industry for over 20 years, and I am ready to join him. I am excited to be able to contribute in our current restaurants, as well as in our future endeavors. My dad is an extremely energetic man, and I only hope the world will be able to keep up with us. So we have a few words for you: Prepare yourself because we are preparing to create an experience that appeals to all your senses.

  During my collegiate years, I have studied advertising and PR. I hope to bring my viable skills to the business. My strengths are in making creative communication plans; I like creating solutions to various problems through the use of ad creation. During my time at TCU, I have strengthened my skills in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop. My classes have focused on creating campaigns for real clients; I have been apart of teams where we have created media plans to guide companies to meet their goals and succeed in their industries.

   I am so excited and ready to put my skills to the test and work with my dad’s team to continue the company’s growth, and delight customers with our awesome food experience.
